Strategy & Business
Ling Ling specializes in crafting new business models with social impact at its core. There exists a natural tension in the work of innovation between creativity and focus and she helps teams toggle and iterate between the two in order to overlay a great idea with the reality in which it must survive in the marketplace. This is particularly important for purpose-led projects in the context of serving low income populations in developing & emerging (D&E) markets when profit and social impact seem to be competing forces. She has worked in the US, UK, Kenya, Senegal, Mali, Swaziland, South Africa, Ghana, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and China. Ling Ling holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Masters in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School.
